Return and Exchange

We have a 3-days size exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange. 

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a size exchange, you can contact us at tinythreads.enterprise@gmail.com.

If your size exchange request is accepted, we will initiate a reverese pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please note that exchanges will be received at the following address: Shop No- 9, Survey No- 405, Near Godavari Meats, Osman Nagar Road, Tellapur, Sangareddy, Telangana- 502032 

After verifying the returned product, exchange will be shipped to your location.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Refund and Cancellation
An order can be cancelled by emailing on tinythreads.enterprise@gmail.com immediately after placing the order. There will be strictly no refunds once an order has been shipped.
